Come, Relax & Enjoy some Fresh & Fabulous Fare at April's Plant-Based Cooking Class. This month's class will feature a Chopped Veggie Salad with Pasta & a creamy Cauliflower Dressing. We'll pair it with Creamy Wild Rice Soup & finish off with a Guilt-Free Chocolate Dessert! No registration is necessary. Don't be intimidated by the time. It's no problem if you're coming from work and arrive a few minutes late and leave a few minutes early. We'll work fast to have samples ready by 12:40, so you have time for a bite or two, or three....
