FREE A1C Screenings:
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about the individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 months period. Screenings will be held in Healthy You Mobile in the Williamsburg Hy-Vee Parking Lot. Fasting is NOT needed for this test!
