Take it to the Park! with Chef Joshua Delperdang - $15

Every year, each Hy-Vee store holds a Springtime Party - a chance for every Hy-Vee location to clean up after winter and decorate the store with a different theme and have fun specials and events for you, our customers. Our theme this year is “Grand Slam of Savings” and you will see baseball decorations throughout the store during the week of April 23rd through 29th.

To get in the baseball spirit, Chef Josh has put together a class that features his version of ballpark foods. Chef Josh will prepare for you and provide recipes for an Indiana-style batter-dipped corn dog, an avocado burger with red cabbage slaw, a blackened Ahi tuna taco with black bean pico de gallo and cilantro chimichurri, and caramel popcorn with pumpkin seeds. He will also throw in a beer or two to sample. Come and join the fun and cheer on Chef Josh. Pre-registration required. Must be 21 & over to sample beer.
