Assemble 5 easy healthy meals that the whole family will enjoy. Meals are diabetes-friendly and dietitian-approved by your Ankeny Prairie Trail Hy-Vee dietitians. In class, you will prepare and pack these hearty meals that you can easily make and eat at home on those busy weeknights! Vegetarian and Whole 30 options available if recipe allows for modification.
Menu includes: Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper Rub, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Mexican Pilaf with Turkey, Slow Cooker Beef Stew, Carmelized Onion Chicken. Cost is $70 for 5 meals that serve 4 people each. Please bring a cooler that evening to place your meals in for home. Aprons recommended.
