February 26 is National Chili Day. Come to this month's Plant-Based Cooking Class for chili recipes and samples in preparation for National Chili Day. Nancy will be making a White Bean Chili, Angela will demo an Easy Bean Lentil Chili and Jodi will get our hearts pumping with a Spicy Chili! Com join the fun. We will top off our lunch with a Valentine treat, Black Forest Frozen Dessert. No registration is necessary. Don't be intimidated by the time. It's no problem if you're coming from work and arrive a few minutes late or leave a few minutes early. We'll work fast to have samples ready by 12:40 so you have time for a bite or two, or three....
