The hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
Register now to reserve your FREE screening with your Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian! Walk-ins are welcome, but you may have to wait if you haven't registered for a spot.
You do NOT need to fast for this blood test.
