Come get your A1C tested for FREE by your Hy-Vee dietitians! Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes or those at a higher risk for pre-diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. Screenings will be provided on the Hy-Vee Healthy-You-Mobile bus located outside the store on November 5 from 8 a.m.-noon. No appointment necessary. Walk-ins welcome. Provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
