Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. If you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or are just curious about your average blood glucose level, stop by on November 7 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. There is no need to fast for this test.
