Don Uecker, our Hy-Vee meat market manager, will share his recipe and give you tips for a foolproof, delicious, crowd-inspiring prime rib and you get to taste the results. Sample the prime rib and sample a complimentary wine. Pre-registration required. Stop by Customer Service or call 319-378-0762. $5 per person. A coupon for a special savings on a prime rib purchase will be handed out in class.
