Come enjoy our plant-based Holiday Feast at this month's plant-based cooking class.  Sample Chef Tessa's Brussels Sprout Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Angela's hearty Shepherd's Pie, Carol's savory Portabello Stroganoff, and we'll finish off with a festive holiday dessert.  Don't miss out on all the delicious food & fun!  No registration is necessary.  Don't be intimidated by the time.  It's no problem if you're coming from work and arrive a few minutes late and leave a few minutes early.  We'll work fast to have samples ready by 12:40 so you have time for a bite or two, or three....
