Have you recently been diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes and are overwhelmed with making dietary changes? Or have you been a diabetic for a while and need a refresher? Join your Hy-Ve dietitian, Annie Ailts, for a guided tour of the store where she'll recommend foods, tell you how to cook them, and give you plenty of meal and snack ideas.
This free service is open to anyone intrested in a diabetic diet. Attendees will meet at the dietitian's office at the front of the store at 4 p.m.
