Are you short on time and need a fast, healthy dinner each night of the week? We have you covered! Tables will be assembled for class participants to prepare their own freezer-ready meals.
Your Barry Road Hy-Vee Dietitian, Amy, will do all the shopping and prep the ingredients. Each recipe serves a family of four. You will leave with seven "dietitian-approved" meals ready to use or freeze until you need them.
Recipes include:
-Honey Dijon Pork with green beans
-Balsamic Beef and Carrots
-Chicken Chili
-Lightened Up Stuffed Pepper Casserole
-Noodle-less Zucchini Lasagna
-Creamy Chicken Taquitos
-Garlic Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

- Cost of class is $100.00 plus tax and can be paid the night of class at customer service prior to start.
- If you are unable to attend but would like to pick up your meals you can do so for an additional $15.00 service fee
**Space is limited, and we must have 5 participants signed up to hold the class. The deadline to sign up is Monday, October 15, by 5:00 p.m.
