Fall is just around the corner and it’s time for soup! Join friendly foodie, Joe Stutler, as he shares his “scoop on soup” with his favorite around-the-world recipes. Joe lived in Germany for a while and one of his favorite meals served at the local pub was a hearty soup called gulashsuppe which he will make for you along with another German favorite, potato and kielbasa soup. Joe will also make an often overlooked soup, a wonderfully satisfying beet borscht that began its existence from trimmings of cellared vegetables, mainly beets, consumed throughout the winter months in European countries. Another of Joe’s favorites is the classic Vietnamese noodle soup, pho, a delicious bowl of broth which you personalize with a variety of garnishes.
