Do you get intimidated just walking by the fish counter, wanting to purchase fish but not sure how to cook it? Join Deb Kaiser, culinary professional,and together face your fear of cooking fish. Deb will focus on three methods of preparation: baking, sautéing and en papillote (cooking in a parchment paper pouch). Chef Gabe Lynott, our seafood manager, will stop in to tell you about the fish Deb will be preparing and about our sustainable seafood program. After class, you can take advantage of our 10% off all fish / seafood you can put into a paper sack sale. Pre-registration is required.
