Kids' One Step Garden and Nutrition Program

Location: Christ Church Presbyterian, 2000 1st Ave. NW
Type: Kids
Children are encouraged to try new foods (our challenge), get dirty in the garden (shouldn't be too hard) and practice their observation skills while they garden and cook. For children completing 1st through 3rd grade. (3rd through 5th grades meet on Thursday mornings.) 9 weeks starting June 15. Cost: Summer pass $10. Attend any or all sessions. Scholarships available for families qualifying for free or reduced lunch.
