Event Details

The Kids in the Kitchen cooking classes are for kids ages 4 to 11. Your child will have the opportunity to taste new foods, put the food groups into practice, and participate in making snacks and recipes. Classes are led by Nina, Milan Hy-Vee's store dietitian. If your child has any food allergies, or if you have any questions prior to the session, please contact Nina directly by phone at (309) 787-0273 or [email protected]. $10 per child. Pay at Customer Service the day of the event. Please complete online registration below to reserve your child's spot. This month's theme is: KidsFit for School! Kids will roll the KidsFit dice for a fun activity and receive free registration for Hy-Vee KidsFit! Recipes will include: Balanced Bagel, Avocado Wraps and Fruit and Nut Trail Mix Snack. *If this is your first time attending a Kids in the Kitchen class in 2016, please complete the attached waiver and bring to class.
