Join us for our monthly support group led by a Novo Nordisk Diabetes Educator, Hy-Vee dietitians, and Hy-Vee Pharmacist to help you learn about managing diabetes. Topics include but are not limited to diabetes 101, knowing your numbers, physical activity, medication, and tips for healthy eating. Bring your questions!
