Blue Zones are locations around the world where populations have a high percentage of people living long lifespans. The people living in these geographical locations share common lifestyle features that contribute to their longevity. Join dietitian Brian for a hand-on Blue Zones cooking class. For the month of June, the theme is built around a diverse variety of mushrooms. Each individual will break out into a different group of his or her choice and prepare a recipe before enjoying the fruits of labor as a group. Blue Zone Class Rewards Card--Attend five classes, the 6th is free! We also provide participants a 10% off coupon for any or all of your BZ cuisine ingredients, good for up to one week after the class date. Registration is $15.00 per person.
