Kids in the Kitchen

Location: Upstairs DISH room
Type: Kids

Kids will have the opportunity to taste new foods, put the food groups into practice, and participate in making snacks and recipes. Classes are led by Lauren, Utica Ridge Hy-Vee's store dietitian. If your child has any food allergies, or if you have any questions prior to the session, please contact Lauren directly by phone at (563) 355-5540 or [email protected].

Ages 4 to 11 years old are encouraged to attend. Cost for class is $10 per child. You must complete online registration to reserve your child's spot. Before the class starts, pay at the Customer Service counter. An employee will give you a proof of payment ticket which you will bring to Lauren upstairs.

This month’s theme is: Pizza Party!

Recipes will include: Homemade Mini Pizza, French Bread Pizza, Fruit Pizza, and Italian Soda

*If this is your child's first time participating in a Kids in the Kitchen class at the Utica Ridge location, please fill out the attached event waiver and bring it with you to the class.
