February is American Heart Month and your Englewood Hy-Vee dietitian can help you navigate the aisles to find the best foods to keep your heart healthy. In the Taste & Tour, we will tour the store looking at heart-healthy foods and then end with a short cooking demonstration and sampling – just to show you that eating heart-healthy is delicious! Please register at Customer Service or on our website at least 24 hours in advance. We will meet at the dietitian office (located near the pharmacy). Cost: $5 per person. **When you attend a tour, you can receive a coupon to save 5% on your grocery purchase. Coupon is good the day of the tour only.**
