Make-Ahead Freezer Meals

Are you looking to save time in the kitchen? You will leave with five “dietitian-approved” meals ready to freeze until you need them. Dietitian Adrienne will have all the ingredients shopped for you; all you do is come to class and assemble your recipes. We will be making Beef Stroganoff, Aloha Pork Chops, Italian Wedding Soup, Hearty Lentil Stew, and Slow Cooker Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken. Registration at least 48 hours in advance is required; please sign up at Customer Service or on our website. We will meet in our dining area. Cost: $10 class fee plus cost of groceries. Total cost is estimated to be $70 to $80. Each recipe makes 4 to 6 servings.
