Love Your Healthy Heart with Seafood

February is American Heart Health Month. We all know eating seafood is healthy for your heart, and the American Heart Association recommends it twice per week! Omega- 3 fatty acids found in fish may reduce inflammation and help improve cholesterol. We will learn more about the benefits of fish and cook it in such a delicious way, you just may love it for YOUR healthy heart! EACH CLASS IS $10.00 and includes samples.
