Are you getting anxious for the holidays to arrive but don't want holiday feasts to derail your healthy lifestyle habits? Join your Grand Avenue Hy-Vee dietitian, Lorraine, for a nutrition presentation focused on healthy holiday choices. We will be sampling some lighter recipes that you can fix and discussing strategies to avoid the extra weight gain that is common this time of year. Registration for the class is required.
