Event Details

This fun and laid-back class is taught by Nicole Arnold, Hy-Vee dietitian, who is passionate about using cleaner products in our homes and on our bodies.  Nicole will discuss the benefits of essential oils, how to add them to your beauty routine, and do-it-yourself recipes to take home.  She will feature our unique line of local and organic beauty care products to sample and share with friends and family as holiday gifts or just for you!

Each class partipant will make and take a personal "relaxation" roller ball home that can be added to neck and wrists when the holidays get stressful.
