In partnership with the City of Mankato, we are offering a free, guided nutrition tour focused on general health and wellness. Nutrition can be tricky, and finding products that fit your goals may be a challenge. In this 1-hour store tour, we will visit each area of the store, answering questions and teaching you how to grocery shop, label read, and find products to help you reach your goals.
