Healthy Heart Cooking Workshop

Join dietitian Adrienne for a workshop on cooking with heart-healthy foods! She will demonstrate 2 recipes (samples provided!) and provide education for a healthy heart.
Cost: $5 per person. Please register in advance online, with dietitian Adrienne, or at Customer Service. Payment is preferred prior to the class. Please register by 8:30 a.m. 2/27/20. We will meet in the Market Grille Express.
If you attend all 3 Healthy Heart Nutrition Tours on 2/6, 2/13, an 2/20, the $5 fee will be waived!
