SCREENINGS INCLUDE:
• Blood Pressure
• Cholesterol
• Glucose
• Professional consultation

DON'T FORGET:

• YOU MUST FAST-Nothing to eat or drink (except water) 9-12 hours prior to screening (Fast from 10 p.m. Monday night).
• YOU MUST BE HYDRATED! - Drink water frequently the day before and the morning of your screening!   
• WE MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO BARE UPPER ARM for accurate Blood Pressure Reading.

DETAILS:

• Cholesterol (lipid) Levels & Blood Glucose require a finger-stick to collect a small sample of blood.
• You will receive your results during the screening.
• We will be taking walk-ins between appointments when time allows.  Please make an appointment to reduce your wait time.  We will try our best to keep appointments on time, but please understand that as with any other appointment, we cannot guarantee the exact time you will be seen.
• If it is deemed necessary to move screenings indoor, please ask customer service and look for signs to indicate alternate location.
