With the new year and New Year's resolutions in full swing, are you thinking about making healthy diet and lifestyle changes but not quite sure where to start?

Throughout the month of January, your Empire Hy-Vee dietitian, Melissa, will be offering FREE 30-minute nutrition consult sessions. Basic nutrition education will be given and some goals will be set. Basic measurements such as weight, hip/waist measurements, blood pressure, and body fat percentage can also be collected, if desired You will also learn about our other great dietitian services that we offer at Hy-Vee.

These sessions are free, but sign-up ahead of appointment is required. Click the Eventbrite link to reserve your 30-minute spot. No appointments will be accepted unless previously signed-up. Out of respect for others, please arrive at your designated appointment time. If you have to cancel your appointment, please cancel at least 1 day prior to appointment.
