Join dietitian Tristyn on Thursdays at 3pm for a free, public Heart Healthy Nutrition Education Tour. Tours typically last 45 minutes – 1 hour in length. Tristyn will discuss low sodium  & heart healthy food products in the aisles. Registration is not necessary, but encouraged. Tours begin at Tristyn’s office next to the customer service desk.
