Join dietitian Tristyn on Tuesdays at 3pm for a free, public Diabetes Nutrition Education Tour. Tours typically last 45 minutes – 1 hour in length. Tristyn will point out diabetes friendly foods in the aisles, review nutrition facts label reading, and how to vary carbohydrates to regulate blood sugar. Registration is not necessary, but encouraged. Tours begin at Tristyn’s office next to the customer service desk. For participating in a nutrition tour, you will receive a coupon for your purchase that same day.
