Busy? Low on time to cook? Our Simple Fix freezer meal class on Wednesday, October 23, can help with that! Come help prepare a freezer meal recipe, and leave with seven different meals. Toss the meals in your freezer, and pull them out when you need them. Recipes are 4-6 servings each.

  • Hearty Italian Soup
  • Italian Pot Roast
  • Overnight Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
  • Quinoa Chili
  • Simple Beef Stew
  • Black Bean Sweet Potato Enchilada Casserole

Bringing a helper to class is always welcome. Please only register those individuals interested in purchasing a set of meals.
