Adult Freezer Meal Class

Join Dietitian Liz in prepping some healthy CrockPot freezer meals to make life a little easier during back to school.
During this class you will be preparing four freezer meals with 6-8 servings each:
Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin, Black Bean and Chicken Enchiladas, Stuffed Bell Peppers, and Teriyaki Chicken.
Cost is $20 per person.
