Kids in the Kitchen - Back to School with Kashi Cereal

Join dietitian Heather for a back-to-school kids in the kitchen cooking class sure to please your kids taste buds and offer fun lunchbox ideas they'll use all school year. Kids will learn how to make 3 recipes using some of their favorite Kashi cereals. Recipes include: Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast on a Stick, Kashi Chocolate Berry Parfait and Chocolate Popcorn Trail Mix. Class is opened up to kids ages 4-10. Cost of the class is $10 per child. Please pay on the day of the class. Please notify dietitian Heather of food allergies in advance of the event so she can accommodate your child accordingly.
