Summer Salad Kickoff

Summer brings fresh ingredients and colorful dishes. Come join our Hy-Vee Dietitian to learn how to power up your salads to get essential nutrients all while satisfying your hunger. Salad tastings will include Marinated Steak Arugula Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing, Southwest Chicken Salad with Chipotle Dressing, Balsamic Watermelon Salad, Thai Shrimp Kale Bowls, and Greek Salmon Salad with Quinoa and Feta Sauce.
Cost: $20 per person
