Join us for a freezer meal class with a variety of recipes sampling international flavors! This class is a fun and easy way to get more variety in your menu, while keeping the preparation and time spent in the kitchen to a minimum. Each recipe has approximately 4 servings.

  • Indian sticky chicken
  • Coconut chickpea curry
  • Caribbean jerk chicken
  • Cashew chicken lettuce wraps
  • Basil balsamic chicken and vegetables
  • Fire roasted shrimp tacos
  • Cheesy chicken enchiladas

Bringing helpers to a class is always welcomed. However, please register only those individuals interested in buying a set of meals.
