Freezer Meal Prep Class

Location: Gladstone Hy-Vee
Type: Cooking Class

Come join your Hy-Vee Dietitian and put together 5 meals in an hour! Each meal feeds a family of four; only $80 for the class.

White Chicken Chili

Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

Thai Chicken with Sesame Noodles

Bean & Cheese Burritos

Zucchini Parmesan

Please sign up at customer service at your Gladstone Hy-Vee. If you are unable to attend the class but would still like the meals, there is an additional $30 for the meals to be prepared for you. Call 816-452-6500 and ask for Sammie the dietitian if you have any questions.
