Type: Screenings/Vaccinations
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage blood glucose levels. This test provides information on that individual's average blood glucose over 2 -3 months.
Screening appointments will be available from 3 to7 p.m. on the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile which will be located in the Hy-Vee Savage parking lot. Alternate location will be inside the store. You do not need to be fasting to achieve accurate results on this test.
