Register below or contact our dietitian Tracey at [email protected] or 319-234-7523. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Meet at the Healthy You Mobile.
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual’s average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
