Type: Screenings/Vaccinations
Dawn Blocklinger, RD, LDN, your Bloomington Hy-Vee dietitian, will be preforming free Hemoglobin A1C screenings on Wednesday, April 3, from 8 a.m. to noon.
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. This test helps provide information about an individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
Registration below is required.
Fasting is not required. A valid email address and telephone number is required to register. Screenings will be completed on our Healthy You Mobile.
