Come receive your FREE hemoglobin A1C test at your Englewood Hy-Vee! Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
