Register for your cholesterol screening here! Cost is $45 (free to Hy-Vee employees on benefit plan).
Cholesterol screenings include blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and a professional consultation. It is recommended to fast 8 hours prior to screenings. Please drink water before. Contact our dietitian, Tracey Sauke, for additional details.
