Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. On Saturday April 13, join West Ames Hy-Vee dietitian from 8 a.m. to noon to get your Hemoglobin A1C checked for free. Testing will take place on our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile, which will be parked in the parking lot.
