UPDATE 3/30: The location of the HbA1c screenings has been moved from the Healthy You Mobile to the Dietitian's office.
Join us on Monday April 1 when our Registered Dietitian Ryan will be providing free A1C tests! Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual’s average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. Thank you to our powered-by sponsors Vega, Ascensia, and Bing!
