Come join your Hy-Vee Dietitian, Sammie, and put together three recipes in an hour! We will categorize our food on our MyPlate and discuss what different foods do for our health and body. This class is available for Kindergarten- 2nd grade individuals.
On the Menu:
Spiced Honey Glazed Carrots (they are not spicy, I promise)
Grilled PB Apple Sandwiches
Iced Oatmeal Cookies
