Each class includes:

Eligibility (at least one or more):
· No previous diabetes diagnosis
· >BMI of 24 (22 or higher if of Asian descent)
· Prediabetes diagnosed via blood test (Hemoglobin A1C: 5.7 – 6.4% or Fasting plasma glucose: 100 – 125 mg/dL)
· History of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM)
· Score in the “high risk” category on a risk assessment (attached)
