Diabetes Prevention Program

Join our dietitian, Katie, to reduce your risk for diabetes by 50% through simple, yet effective lifestyles changes. This program teaches nutrition and activity habits that will stick for a lifetime!

Each class includes:

· Exclusive access to new foods and chef-inspired recipes with cooking demonstrations

· Meals for the participants + 5 cent Fuel Saver

· Support group with like-minded people with similar challenges & goals

· An opportunity to change your life with the help of a Registered Dietitian and guest experts in their field

Eligibility (at least one or more):

· No previous diabetes diagnosis

· >BMI of 24 (22 or higher if of Asian descent)

· Prediabetes diagnosed via blood test (Hemoglobin A1C: 5.7 – 6.4% or Fasting plasma glucose: 100 – 125 mg/dL)

· History of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM)

· Score in the “high risk” category on a risk assessment (attached)
