Join us at your South Ottumwa Hy-Vee Thursday, April 18, from 8:00 a.m. to noon for an A1C Testing with dietitian Becky. Becky will be performing the screenings on our Healthy You Mobile parked in the parking lot.
FREE A1C screenings will be offered to celebrate National Diabetes Awareness Month!
What is an A1C Screenings?
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1C helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
Screenings will take 10-15 minutes. Please register below to reserve your spot, otherwise screenings will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
