Make fun Valentine's Day treats with Jenn, your Hy-Vee Dietitian!
Kids in the Kitchen is perfect for aspiring chefs, ages 5 to 12. During class, we will practice cutting fruit with plastic knives and learn about MyPlate. Together we will make 3 recipes, including Cupid's Berry Parfaits, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and Heart Smart Trail Mix.

Registration is required. Class is $10/child. To sign-up contact Jenn at 515-223-4597 or [email protected]. Class will take place in the Market Grille Express. Space is limited to 16 kids.
Parent or guardian must stay in Hy-Vee during the time of the class. Feel free to grab a bite to eat in the Market Grille Express or enjoy some kid-free grocery shopping.
Hy-Vee holds the right to cancel class due to weather, insufficient registration or dietitian illness. In this case, you will be notified and provided with a refund.
