In honor of Heart Health Month, we are offering FREE biometric screenings. Included: Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, and Glucose. Walk-ins welcome. Preference given to those with appointments.
This is a fasting test. No calories or caffeine for 10-12 hours prior. Screenings completed in the Dietitian office next to pharmacy and on the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile Bus.
