Here's to a Happy and Healthy New Year! Dietitian Kylie is starting a new Nutrition Tour series to help you jump-start a healthy lifestyle. In the month of December the focus will be on helping you lower your blood pressure! During this event she will explain the importance of how maintaining a healthy weight is helpful to lowering your blood pressure.
