A1C Tour-Diabetes Screening

Type: Screenings/Vaccinations
Dawn Blocklinger, RD, LDN, your Bloomington Hy-Vee dietitian, will be preforming free Hemoglobin A1C screenings on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. This test helps provide information about an individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period.
Registration is required and can be done by registering online by going to our calendar of events:

Fasting is not required. A valid email address or telephone number is required to register. Screenings will be completed on our Healthy You Mobile.
